Reviews and Ratings
The hotel offered a serene escape on the edge of a tranquil desert scape with magical sunsets. The rooms, although a bit old and in need of refreshing, provided a cozy stay. The service was top-notch, particularly thanks to the friendly and kind staff members who went the extra mile. The dining experience was outstanding, with plenty of options to choose from and a fun atmosphere. Overall, a superb location with great service highlights and minor room refreshment needed.
The hotel offers unique rooms with private areas, a beautiful heated pool, and plenty of relaxing spots. The location is close to vast sand dunes with various arranged activities at reasonable prices; however, getting around the spacious property requires a buggy due to the heat.
The hotel is set in the breathtaking Qasr Al Sarab Desert Resort by Anantara, surrounded by amazing dunes. The rooms are beautiful and really spacious, requiring a buggy to traverse the expansive layout, but the design and furnishings are meticulously detailed. The service, particularly from Manu, Thinuka, and Renju at the Ghadeer restaurant, has been exceptional, making us feel like part of a happy family unit. The location is amazing yet a bit far, especially for those driving from Dubai. The dining experience is diverse and delightful, especially with the view of the stunning dunes. The facilities are top-notch, adding to the exceptional experience.
Wow, what an amazing experience! The hotel truly stands out as the only 5-star resort in the area. The rooms were simply breathtaking, with luxurious décor elements, Arabian lanterns, and a magnificent view of the sand dunes. However, it was a bit disappointing not to have access to the large outdoor terrace area, which would have been the cherry on top.
The hotel had a well-appointed room with a balcony that caught the evening sun, but the AC didn't work properly, leading to a restless night with our teething baby who already had a fever. The location in the middle of the beautiful Empty Quarter desert was truly spectacular and unique, offering a relaxing and private experience.
